The new identity represents a more refined, accessible, and straightforward service that aligns with where the company is today.
Leigh Carroll, founder and director of TLC Scaffolding, brings over 20 years of industry experience, having previously operated as a sole trader before transitioning the business into a limited company.
Officially re-established as TLC Scaffolding Ltd on 1st May 2023, the company’s journey highlights the principles that continue to drive its success. Our growth has been guided by a clear focus on quality, reliability, and delivering outstanding service on every project.
Our goal is simple: to become the leading scaffolding provider across Wales and the surrounding regions by consistently setting the standard for safety, professionalism, and customer care.
Company History
Leigh Carroll comes from a long-established scaffolding background, with his family having worked in the industry for more than 50 years. He has dedicated 26 years of his own career to scaffolding, including 18 years successfully running the business. Leigh holds a valid CISRS Scaffolding Gold Card and brings extensive hands-on and managerial experience to every project.
With a deep understanding of every stage of the job, Leigh leads by example and believes strongly in the importance of teamwork, often saying that a strong team environment is essential to the company’s success. He remains actively involved on site, never reluctant to put on his boots and hard hat and support the team when needed.
Leigh regularly meets clients personally to discuss their requirements and ensure expectations are met. He also operates an open-door approach with all staff, fostering a supportive, family-style culture throughout TLC Scaffolding.
